Meditating to the Taos Hum
In late June, I traveled to my parents' place in Arroyo Seco, NM. (I attended 1st-3rd grades in this small town on the way to the Taos Ski Valley.) I taught two Yoga for Singers sessions to the students of the Taos Opera Institute. During meditation, I wonder if anyone heard the legendary Taos Hum.

I've never heard it, but could you tell me more about what you felt? How did it sound? Did you feel anything energetically?
I definitely feel a calming influence energetically when I'm in Taos. Especially on the mountain, I felt very in tune with my body. Who knows if it is just the altitude, but I still felt something unique.
